Orders may be placed by mail, fax, phone, e-mail or online.
Phone orders: Please call Monday- Friday between 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST. If calling during non-business hours, you may leave your order on our voice mail. To place an order, please call (800) 672-2726. For those who prefer service in Chinese, please call (888) 888-8482.

Online : All customers, new or existing, must register for an account first. If you encounter any difficulty, please contact our Sales department at email@example.com.
Standard shipping is via UPS Ground service to all 48 contiguous states in the U.S. Do not use a P.O. box address. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. Unless specified in this catalog, shipping and handling is $8.50 per order for Ground service. All orders received by 3:30 p.m. will be shipped on the same day.
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico:
For Alaska, Hawaii, orders will be shipped by Priority Mail. Actual cost for Priority Mail plus handling will be charged.
Three-day delivery by UPS (normally delivered to your address on the second business day after receiving your order) is available at actual-weight shipping cost plus standard handling charges.
Two-day delivery by UPS (normally delivered to your address on the third business day after receiving your order) is available at actual-weight shipping cost plus standard handling charges.
Overnight delivery by UPS (normally delivered to your address on the next day after receiving your order) is available at actual-weight shipping cost plus standard handling charges.
We accept personal checks, business checks, money orders, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress. Returned checks will be subjecte a $15.00 penalty charge.
Unless approved by Helio in advance, all accounts are due 14 days from the invoice date.
For New Customers:
Payment must accompany the order or the order will be delivered C.O.D.
For accounts on C.O.D., a $7.50 UPS C.O.D. fee will be added to the shipping charge.
Delinquent accounts will be subjected to a 1.5% service charge per month. No orders will be shipped against delinquent accounts.
No Risk Policy:
You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for credit or refund with prior approval by phone or letter. Returned items must be in their original package with seals intact. Any return after the above specified period will be subjecte to a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges for the returned merchandise must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Helio will not be responsible for loss of uninsured returns. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be in the form of a credit memo. If requested, refunds may also be issued as a company check.
FDA Compliance Purchase and Sample Requester Agreement:
The use of acupuncture needles is restricted to qualified practitioners as determined by each state. With this restriction, Helio will not offer any medical advice or make any medical claims on the offered acupuncture needles. In compliance with the FDA and State regulations that restrict the use of acupuncture needles to qualified practitioners, Helio will sell acupuncture needles and devices to licensed professionals only. All acupuncture devices are sold to qualified practitioners only. The purchaser accepts full responsibility for the safe and proper use of these devices and agrees to indemnify and hold Helio Medical Supplies, Inc. harmless from any consumer claims against the ultimate use of these acupuncture devices.
